I've been yarning around quite a bit!

I am going to be back to blogging again! I have been crocheting a lot, a lot and there needs to be a journal of my makes.

Tomorrow I am having a crochet "garage sale" of sorts.. I'm going to go down to the local farmer's market/craft fair and see how I do with selling some of my items. I have tubs of things I have made for the love of making. It makes me feel back to have them all packed away. So I will either sell some items tomorrow or I will probably never go back! Lol! It's a bit scary because I am NOT a good salesperson at all.

So now onto the fun stuff...here's a load of pictures of what I have been up to... First up is a crocheted sandwich! This one won't be on the table for sale tomorrow because I made it for my grandkids. There's more crochet food coming in the future for them to play with
I got started crocheting Christmas stuff way back in July or August...here's a few of the items I made for my family that won't be on the table tomorrow.
Honestly, there's probably a lot of things that I've missed taking pictures of.
I will do better from here on out.

Here's a partial view of some of the things I will be attempting to sell tomorrow.  There's really a lot more than this shows but I will be sure to take pictures of my set up tomorrow and will let you know what sold the best, if anything at all!

There's stand of various ornments, Bookmarks, Slippers, Pan Handle Covers, and Boot Cuffs, Stuffed Chickens! Lord I hope I get rid of those boot cuffs.  I went on that spree years and years ago!!

I've made two of these Egg Gathering Aprons!  Aren't they cute? I'm hoping these will be novel enough to sell to some chicken loving souls.

Getting stuff packed and ready!

Hey, and let me know if anyone is around to still read this blog!

Made this heart this weekend. Here's the free pattern: Crochet and other stuff: Granny Sweet Heart Pattern

I finished the Rainbow Baby Blanket this weekend and finished weaving in the ends last night. Pictures shortly....

So glad Alison got back from her trip safely! She had a good time and made a new friend.

Progress on my panels

Here is the progress I've made on my panels so far:

I've had quite a little hiatis from crocheting because we've been too busy! NOT something that I normally can't fit in!

Alison had her dress rehearsal for dance on Friday. We were at the theatre from 3 pm until 10 pm that night. A long day for me but Alison had a ball....don't think the long amount of time bothered her one bit! We have another dress rehearsal on Tuesday and then the big performance is on Friday night and again on Saturday night. That's the end of her year of dance but she will be going to a week long dance camp. Got to get that on the calendar and then we can start scheduling our camping trips! I AM SO READY for a good ol' camping trip.

Jeff and Michael went on a deep sea fishing trip this past Saturday but the boat ended up having to turn around and come back because the swells were just too high. They weren't too upset because they were so sick! This was their 2nd deep sea fishing trip. Nobody got sick last time but they said it was really bad with the huge swells going on. Too bad...no fish! ;(
Jeff did take one picture of Michael in front of the boat.
Oh, and can you believe the boat captain told our neighbor not to book anymore fishing trips on his boat anymore because he is diabetic! This man has been deep sea fishing two times a year for at least 20 years and has been a diabetic all his life. They don't want to be responsible if something happens to him out at sea.
