Pants lengthening crochet trim

I crocheted this trim and sewed it onto the bottom of my daughter's pants to make them longer. She always outgrows her pants in the length before she outgrows them in the waist. I can get more life out of her jeans and other clothes by adding the trim. It's trendy and cute to boot!

I really like the trim on the pants. My daughter is 6, so I'll have to apply that technique.

That is such a cute idea! Even though I'm not outgrowing any of my pants, I might try that sometime, just because it's so cute and trendy. Genius! ;)

Thise are so cute I like them I may add trim to my cousins pants b/c she too can fit them in the waist but not in length. My name is Aelita on crochetville.
