Crochet Me Crazy

Well, I've been running around all day to hospital, doctor, lab, pharmacy, etc. and I just got home. I went for a CT Scan this morning. They put an IV in my arm and put dye in me which was not pleasant at all. It made me nauseated. Then, I went for my blood work where they stuck me again. The doctor called me with the results of my CT Scan before I even made it home. There was nothing on the scan....they thought it was going to be stones in my perotid gland but there was no stones and no tumors. So now all the serious things are ruled out the doctor said. The only thing that showed on the CT Scan was a lot of inflammation and swelling. Well, duh..
But at least we ruled out the serious stuff. He prescribed me some antibiotics and some anti-inflammatory medication. Hopefully, it will settle down and not give me any more problems. I had ALOT of problems with it this past weekend. I looked so terrible, I couldn't go out in public. I woke up with a double-chin Sunday morning...all puffy and swollen.
Well, that's the good news.... $700 worth of good news! LOL
