I finished the blanket! My best friend that I have known since 2nd grade is having her first baby and I made this for her. I hope she likes it.

Your crochet work is really beautiful. However, the reason for my comment is that I look forward to reading what you have to say every day. My husband has been out of work for 11 months now and I now how you feel and by reading what you have to say it makes me think that I can still be happy about a lot of things; I hav come to learn that money is not so important, if you have love and a great family. So for your great attitude and sharing spirit, I Thank You. You have helped me realize that there is more to life. I wish you luck and happiness; I hope you get whatevery it is you wish for.

Thank you for your comment! It is encouraging to me as well. Sometimes you have to "be" in a situation for long enough to truly appreciate what you have to learn to appreciate through it. I seem to see and hear things through different eyes now. I still have the really important things. Now I know not to dare take those things for granted!
