Well, we closed down early today
Labels: stables 2 commentsWe had a BIG rain shower come through today. It was quick but it dumped enough water to make the stables into a muddy, slippery mess. It wasn't safe to ride so we closed up shop and came home. I hate coming home to my messy house when I have some time off. The last thing I want to do is clean so I just catch up on laundry and try to get all the dishes washed. The clutter and mess is driving me crazy. Husband is off today but he's feeling bad and has a headache so he's got his head buried on the couch. I'm so ready to have a place of my own. There's no rest here. I'm praying that God will move us on soon.
The Morgan and Alison situation is a tough situation since our families are so intwined so the break isn't clean. They don't hate each other...they are just too young to deal with all of it. I'm not letting Morgan come over anymore for the time being. We'll just have to see how it all works out. His sister is happy as she can be because now she gets us all to herself....I don't know what it is about those kids but I love them both very much. They both managed to get themselves into my heart somewhere along the way....
A trail ride coming in...

hi. I am so sorry that Allison and Morgan broke up!
it's kind of rough being young.
I was surprised that you are going to move again!
We had a very bad storm up here a week ago.
Watched a tornado forming across the road from our bedroom window!
Too close for comfort! At least it was a small tornado and did not touch down!
Right now I am trying to figure out this Bavarian crochet afghan, and cursing it at the same time.
Thank goodness for our air conditioner, or I would not be crocheting!
Hope all is well with you! Jean

Thanks, Jean....I have mixed feeling about the break up. We are all so close so it's hard. Morgan and Alison are still friends but it's awkward. I worry about him....
Glad you didn't have a touch down from the tornado!
I really miss getting to settle down and crochet.
