R.I.P. Bluecher
Labels: stables 1 commentsWell, it's a sad day today because we lost Bluecher. She was a very old friend whose been around this place for a long time....long, long before we came along. She was very old and has had a tumor for a long time that never really posed a problem and she was too old to operate on. The tumor ruptured and she had to be put down today.
We spent the whole day waiting around in a doctor's office today. Now that dance has started back, her ankle has been hurting her again so we decided we better get it looked at. Next, we have to go get x-rays done.
I really need to get to crocheting again....but I'm not sure what I want to do. I'm lacking inspiration right now. I should get back to the blanket but after the hub-bub of the holidays, I don't know what I did with my chart. I guess I need to scour my patterns and see if something jumps out at me.

Sorry for the loss of a nice dog. One gets attached to them.
I hope Allison ankle gets better.
If you want inspiration for a afghan, look at the last crochet world. I bought the yarn to make a walk in the woods afghan. Only thing that worries me is the whipstitching it together part. I usually avoid those. Kind of forgot about the Prarie star I had started on, lol. Got only three joined, should get back to that too.
