Well, I guess I'm really falling down on the blogging job here! I even have pictures of 12 inch squares I've done to post....i just haven't done it!
I'm taking a rabbit trail by starting a plastic canvas "Snoopy" magnet at the moment.
And I still haven't made the time to pick my sewing machine up from my friends house to start on the circles quilt. I got my saved jeans out the other day and thought about starting to cut. Then, I decided that I'm going to buy a circle cutter since I'm going to be cutting so many circles out for the quilt. I figured I better wait to start so I don't run into the problem of trying to get my hand cut circles the same size as the circles I cut with my circle cutter.
Well, hopefully I will round up my 12" square pictures and post them a little later on!

Pant legthening trim

I crocheted this trim and sewed it onto the bottom of my daughter's pants to make them longer. She always outgrows her pants in the length before she outgrows them in the waist. I can get more life out of her jeans and other clothes by adding the trim. It's trendy and cute to boot!

12 inch square 

I'm making an afghan for a friend of mine. I'm not following a pattern...just using three shades of blues and different patterns for 12" squares. I may possibly make it into a pillowghan.

Daddy Date 

Here is a picture of my daughter and her daddy going out for her "daddy date" tonight. He takes her out for her birthday every year, gets her a flower and makes her feel real special. Hopefully, her daddy will set the standard for all future males in her life to live up to!

I've been crocheting on some trims for several of Alison's pants that are too short. Also some trim for a sweater with too short sleeves. I'll post pictures of those after I get the trims sewed on.
