I thought it was very good. This interview is done by Shelley at oneroastvegetable.com. I have been enjoying her free freezer classes so much, I should pass on the information here for anyone else who might enjoy these lessons. She has just a great personality and way about her during her classes. A lot of the information I already knew so far but they just got started. It's going to help me get motivated and help me with meal planning so I can reduce my grocery trips! Now for me that's a big deal since grocery shopping is a 30 minute drive and uses up the one day off my husband has. I want to get my freezer moved over here to the RV so I will have the space.
