Crochet Me Crazy

I file my pictures in folders according to dates they were taken on the my computer. As I went back to look at the first pictures of the year looking for my crocheted projects, I realize this has been probably one of the most unproductive years of crocheting I've ever had. It also took me down the trip of memory lane of the last year. The first pictures were of my empty, spotless house right before we sold it, my husband 30 pounds heavier, and the first RV park we lived in Houston where I had my nervous breakdown after it hit me that our house was really gone and we didn't know where we were gonna live! Wow, my old kitchen with all the comforts of home....

The pictures took me through our move to the Teas Hill Country where we met nice people and animals and where my daughter met the love of her life...Princess.



Then, there was the blur of the quickly passing summer of cleaning cabins, picking up trash and working hard in the state park.




There was lots of fun and learning and months filled with hope and fear. Also, many new friends and interesting people were met.


Alison got to start back to dancing...


So many mixed feelings and emotions about the past year. I am grateful for so much. Despite the craziness of the past year, there's no way we could have bought the experiences we've had over the past year. I just pray God will continue to give me the courage to move forward.

My New Years Resolution in next year is to strengthen my relationship with God and my family. I want to have the same attitude and trust in God no matter what the circumstances of my life are.
