Well, I guess we're skipping Spring?
Labels: horses, rugs 2 commentsThe wild flowers are blooming and it's really pretty but it sure it HOT already! Oh well, better hot than cold as far as I'm concerned. We went up to the stables for a trail ride today. Came home and moved some escapee horses.Trail rides tomorrow and Saturday...and then the day off for Easter!
Alison had an exciting day yesterday....she got to go horseback riding in Bandera yesterday. There is a state natural area with miles and miles of trails where people take their horses to ride. She got to go with Mrs. Grain and the neighbor. They trailered the three horses and took off riding for the day. Alison had a GREAT time. I'm glad she got to go...it's something she's been wanting to do for a long time.
Got another sheet added to my rag rug.
I'm cutting up another now and then I'm out of sheets so I'll have to find something else to work on until I get more.

I heard this is going to be the hottest summer at least in Arizona where I live... in the desert, looking forward to the 120+ degrees long summer days :)
