Crochet Me Crazy

We went and visited a church in the next town over to this morning. We went there because we had heard they had a good youth group. Alison needs some friends. It was okay. I didn't see too many youth there today and it they weren't too friendly. Two people acknowledged our presence which was pretty surprising to me because people out here are generally very, very friendly. More people speak to you in the gas stations that spoke to us in that church! LOL...pretty sad, actually. Anyway, we'll start visiting the churches in the local town now. Then, we headed straight to Kerrville from church to do some grocery shopping. That was an amazingly beautiful drive! ... not something I would want to do on a regular basis because the curves and hills were severe. It was really, really pretty though...I was thinking I HAVE to be in one of the prettiest places in the whole state of Texas! It took us longer to make that trip to get groceries than it normally would and I'm not convinced its worth it. I think we'll just keep going to the same town we've been going to for groceries. It's not very pleasant place to go but its quicker to just go there and get it over with. Anyway, by the time we got home and got the groceries all put away it was dark. I've got to get up early tomorrow and work in the visitor's center.
