We have an offer on our house!
1 commentsWe are meeting with our realtor this afternoon to make a counter on the offer we received for our house. We're not willing do all they are asking so we'll see what happens.... If its meant to be, it will work out...if not, then its not the right buyer and we've got a new game plan.
We've been cleaning the garage all day and have made some good progress. Have to make a trip to the storage and get them to unlock the dumpsters so we can put some stuff in there.
Calgon, take me away! :)

That's great! Hope that goes well for you. =) My dad sold our starter house few years ago to a young couple-they wanted new carpet and he was like no way. He took a grand off the price and said that's enough and they took it. Also, putting eucalyptus branches in every room and a apple pie scented candle (like the really aromatic glade ones) is guaranteed to get rid of it quick!
