So as I was looking for a pattern, I found this site with a nice collection of free crochet patterns.

The lady I'm making the hat for wants two so I guess I'll start on those in the next couple of days if I can round up the yarn!
In the meantime, I've been making boot cuffs. Here's another pair I made. I'm going to sew buttons on them too so they'll look a little more snazzy if I could get Alison to model them with the buttons and wearing boots.
