How I make an aluminum can hat (or two) in one day....

I'm going to get a Bud Light hat made today. I went outside with my cup of coffee this morning and spent 15 minutes cutting my washed cans.

Cut off top and bottom of can with a razor knife and scissors

Now, I'm going to lay my stencils on my can and cut my panels out. Some cans you can only get one panel our of because of where they are on the can.

Here are my 6 panels that I need to make my hat with. This took me 16 minutes to do.

Now, I am going back inside to post these pictures, wash some dishes, cook something for us to eat. The rest of the steps to make the hat I will do inside throughout the day today.

What next?
