Crochet Me Crazy

We are all working so much at the stables that its getting harder and harder to get our hours in here at the park
Jeff and Alison got home after 7:00 pm and then left immediately to go pick up trash for a few hours. I broke away at 5:00 today because I had sooo...much laundry to get done. Everyone is getting so dirty every day at the stables. It's the kind of laundry that you should put directly in the machine and not in a hamper. I pushed myself hard this
evening to get it ALL done and get some cooking done. The past two days at the stables have been the busiest we've had. We hardly have time to eat. They have started paying the kids every day too because they are helping so much. Now that Alison is getting so much better with the horses, she's leading all the rides, helping get horses and load and unload rides. She lead about 7 rides today and she's making good money on tips! She's come home with over $70 yesterday and over $70 today between her pay and her tips! She would still be doing it though whether she was getting paid or not. We only have a little over a week before the summer help leaves us. If the wrangler that left because he was doesn't come back, then we're going to be on our own. Well, Jeff and Alison have already taken some rides out by themselves and just this week, they have already learned so much. I guess another week and they'll be even more comfortable. We have to get the saddles marked so they know who's saddle is who's and know the best order for the horses. I've been trying to take notes and pay attention to the order of the horses this week.
Tomorrow, will be super busy. After working at the stables tomorrow I have to get back to the park and do refreshments on the hayride. Sigh....
